Strength. Movement. Vitality.
Through safety, precision, and gradual progress.
My approach is especially suited to Active Agers — adults who want to build strength, improve balance, move with greater confidence, and remain active and independent over time — without assuming that harder, heavier, or more intense is automatically better.
Each session is adapted to the person in front of me: current abilities, goals, health context, training and movement experience, and how the body feels that day.
I bring knowledge, planning, and a trained eye. You bring your body — and the information about it that only you can provide. I will guide, offer feedback, and challenge you, while helping you learn to make informed choices, ask questions, and understand your own body better.
The aim is to create the conditions for meaningful work: clear guidance, appropriate challenge, attention to technique, and gradual progression.
I am a Gym and Functional Training Instructor certified under Israel’s Sports Law — the professional qualification required to instruct in a fitness facility in Israel.
I am also qualified under Israel’s Sports Law to train children in a fitness facility, and training for children is available by arrangement.
My continuing education through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) focuses on Active Agers.
My work is also informed by lived experience with Multiple Sclerosis and by a broader professional background in law, academic teaching, mediation, and research.
That background has shaped the way I work: with curiosity, clarity, professional responsibility, and attention to the individual rather than assumptions based on age alone.
Training is not about proving something.
It is about building strength, capability, and confidence in movement — in a way you can continue over time.
Sessions can be conducted
in Hebrew or English.
